With the purchase of Amber/Booth, VMC Group will be positioned with an even larger market share of the industry. The acquisition of Amber/Booth is another key component of VMC Group’s strategy to deliver engineered solutions to its ever-growing global client base. With this expansion, VMC Group will be able to offer an even more extensive product line and consolidated global representative network.
