1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

VMC puts the non-personally identifiable information gathered whenever you visit the VMC Company sites and the information volunteered by you to several uses.
- We use your information to provide you with services in order to perform our contractual relationships with you, including to fulfill your requests, to send notifications to you related to those services, to maintain or otherwise manage your account, and other similar functions related to the performance of our services for you.

- VMC responds to subpoenas, warrants or other court orders regarding information that is contained within our access logs concerning any user. VMC also reserves the right to release the information concerning a user who we believe is in violation of our content guidelines, even without a subpoena, warrant, or other court order. VMC cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our servers for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any illegal activity to law enforcement for prosecution.
- We use your personal information to detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity. If you choose to use our Services and/or register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Like many websites, our VMC Company sites make use of “cookies”. The CCPA protects Californians with respect to their personal information. - Online Promotions and Advertising: We work with one or more third parties to: (i) administer and analyze effectiveness of advertising or promotional campaigns. These third parties may place cookies on individuals’ computers to receive information about traffic to our site, browsing and purchasing activity on our online services, and (ii) From time to time third parties may help us to provide a more tailored user experience.
