Thank you for visiting this website, which is part of the VMC Group of companies (collectively, “VMC” and individually, “a VMC Company”). VMC has created this Online Privacy Statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used by us. This notice discloses our information gathering, dissemination, and practices for all of our VMC Company websites. For purposes of this Online Privacy Statement, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the services of a VMC Company, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy also applies to services and products offered by VMC Companies, as well as any other applications, content or features that we may from time-to-time offer on our websites.

Although our computer systems are currently based in the United States of America, we operate internationally. Your personal data will be processed by us in the United States where data protection and privacy regulations may or may not be to the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as in the European Union. 1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the information that you provide to respond to your requests, assist our sales team to reach an appropriate audience, improve the VMC Company sites, and to communicate with you. Here are the types of information we gather.

2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION

VMC puts the non-personally identifiable information gathered whenever you visit the VMC Company sites and the information volunteered by you to several uses.

1. We use your information to provide you with services in order to perform our contractual relationships with you, including to fulfill your requests, to send notifications to you related to those services, to maintain or otherwise manage your account, and other similar functions related to the performance of our services for you.
2. Your IP address is used to assist us in diagnosing problems with our server and to administer the VMC Company sites.
3. We may use the information provided to perform statistical analyses of the characteristics and behavior of the users and decide where to invest our resources. 3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES?

2. User information provided by you, including but not limited to demographic information, may be shared with affiliates or partners of VMC or may be used for promotional and/or marketing purposes where you have granted permission for such purposes.
3. VMC responds to subpoenas, warrants or other court orders regarding information that is contained within our access logs concerning any user. VMC also reserves the right to release the information concerning a user who we believe is in violation of our content guidelines, even without a subpoena, warrant, or other court order. VMC cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our servers for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any illegal activity to law enforcement for prosecution.
4. We use your personal information to detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity. If you choose to use our Services and/or register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We highly recommend that you do not share your username, password, or other access details with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

4. COOKIE POLICY

Like many websites, our VMC Company sites make use of “cookies”. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

7. HOW DO WE PROTECT THE USER DATA WE COLLECT?

We employ several physical, electronic and managerial safeguards to protect collected user data.

8. HOW SECURE IS MY INFORMATION?

1. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
2. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. Do not share your username/password with any parties as this is a violation of our account policies and could result in termination of your account.

10. SUPPLEMENTAL CALIFORNIA PRIVACY POLICY

In this Supplemental California Privacy Policy, we, VMC, disclose information about our data processing practices as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as subsequently amended and currently effective.

1. Who and what information is subject to the CCPA?

The CCPA protects Californians with respect to their personal information. As a result, the Supplemental CCPA Disclosures and relevant CCPA Rights subsections below may not apply when they restrict our ability to comply with a court order or regulator with competent authority, federal, state or local laws, cooperation with law enforcement, exercise of our legal claims, or collection or use of de-identified information.

2. Supplemental CCPA Disclosures

We have set out below the categories of personal information we have collected about California residents in the preceding 12 months and describe, for each category of personal information collected, the business or commercial purposes for which the information was collected. Each of the categories of personal information listed in the table are collected directly from consumers. Each of the categories of personal information in the table may also be shared with the following categories of third parties: (i) our Service providers, contractors, and business partners (ii) Government entities as required by applicable law (iii) other recipients at your discretion or with your consent (iv) Third parties in the event of a proposed or actual business transaction involving all or any portion of our business. During the past 12 months, we have shared Identifiers; Demographic information; Internet activity information; Location information; Inferences; and Transaction information. certain categories of personal information about California residents with third parties and business partners in a manner that may constitute a “Sale” or “Sharing” under the CCPA, as described below:

• Online Promotions and Advertising: We work with one or more third parties to: (i) administer and analyze effectiveness of advertising or promotional campaigns. These third parties may place cookies on individuals’ computers to receive information about traffic to our site, browsing and purchasing activity on our online services, and (ii) From time to time third parties may help us to provide a more tailored user experience. Please note that we do not currently provide services or sell goods outside of the United States. We may utilize commercially available third-party server hosts to manage our data. Because we do not entirely control where that data resides, we cannot guarantee that the data is stored in the United States.

11. SUPPLEMENTAL EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA POLICY

In this Supplemental European Economic Area Policy, we, VMC, disclose information about rights granted to individuals who are in the European Economic Area pursuant to the General Information Protection Regulation (GDPR):

10. Right to Complaint to a Supervisory Authority.

You have the right to lodge complaint with a supervisory authority or other dispute resolution mechanism if you believe that our processing of personal information relating to you infringes your rights under Applicable Law.
